Yahoo 360 Blog Open to Public

Previously beta testing and invitation Yahoo! blog service - Yahoo! 360° is now open for public registration. All you need is only a free Yahoo! ID.

Thought:
Unlike another popular free blog hosting, Yahoo! 360° interface seems like very limited. You cannot simply change the layout or add custom code. Maybe that’s the reason why not many bloggers are using it(at least, I do not have any blogger friend using it)? Oh, MSN Spaces has the same problem, too.
