Teenager admits writing Sasser worm

A German teenager has pleaded guilty to creating the Sasser computer virus.

Sven Jaschen was just 17 when he released Sasser, in April 2004. The original worm and its variants infected countless thousands of Windows-based PCs worldwide — in May 2004, it represented more than half of all worms detected.

    I was learning programming(draw turtle) in primary school, but it was merely copy(white board), key in and run. :)

    are you talking about the LOGO language? yeah, i learned that too. but the copy from the board stuff was so boring. i did some complex robot and all the teachers were like “omg so clever” lolol

    oh……….Liew, i was attacked by Sasser Worm yesterday and spent more than 8 hours to format and install everything again! :(
    so exhausted…..
    any good remover tools?

    yup, i got it yesterday immediately………
    i think i’d better scan each time before i shut down my computer….otherwise, my data will be lost again!

    Instead of scan everytime before shutdown, I am more recommend you to backup the important data in a regular basic. :)
