NKF Charity Show 2005 is the first fund raising event of Malaysia NKF in order to help the kidney patients in Malaysia.
Dialysis is an expensive treatment, NKF needs to raise about RM2 million a year to support our 700 patients on subsidies alone. In addition, every year NKF requires another RM2 million to establish a new dialysis centre plus replacement of 40 odd dialysis machines.
As a non-profit organization that relies solely on public funding to sustain our various life-saving programs, we need to hold fund raising events throughout the year such as the NKF Charity Show.
