Tmnet Streamyx Upgrade Failure (Part 3)
Filed in: Life Log, Malaysia, Tmnet — December 19th, 2005
I want to upgrade my Streamyx account. In part 1, the first attempt failed without any reason given. In part 2, my elder brother walked into Telekom and asked them to reprocess my application. Here is the update about my Tmnet Streamyx account upgrading process — Part 3.
Once again, I get the same error message.
An error has been encountered while processing your application. Please contact your nearest Kedai Telekom for more information.
What does it mean?
It means that the application failed again. I didn’t bother to call the Tmnet hotline again. I know that I have to walk-in at Kedai Telekom to reprocess it (and fail, and reprocess, and fail, and…) !
I am very disappointed. ![]()
Update:
I stumbled a Malaysian blog post after I published this. Here is the screenshot.
P/S: It is a beautiful mother’s blog. ![]()
Update: Tmnet Streamyx upgraded, finally.

All these stories have inspired me to create a website and dedicate it to our beloved ISP.

definitely, my hometown also don’t have jaring broadband…. if not, i already get the jaring line already…i thinking why as a customer, also a people to PAY them the MONEY have to suffer so much
for the them(TM NET), they are always right, customer are always wrong. if you complain too much, they will advise you, take it or leave it. i think they believe malaysia so many people take their line, there is no harm for their business if you dont take the service.
if anything wrong, don’t forget OUR MALAYSIA so called “GOOD GOVERNMENT” can protect them also, helping them make a lot of good story in order to cover it.
