		<description>I do not believe this to be true. Finally Intel has completely stamped out all other competition, and it's a common fact that Intel has always been much more stable and faster than AMD. Here in South Africa hardly any suppliers are supplying AMD, becuase you can get a much better system for very little more.

AMD is fast when it comes to single processing, that's why gamers prefer AMD.

Intel is much faster with more than one thread/process, thus for general office work Intel is the way. 

With games becoming more resource intensive, AMD is even loosing that battle, as Intel is the OBVIOUS way to go.

If Google needs a system which is extremely fast with one single process, then I understand the move, but that is highly unlikely. Even though that many servers could be configured very modular (ie, one server only does SQL queries for E-Mail, another only does DNS etc), but that is highly unlikely. With the amount of users Google or Gmail has, the chances of less than 200 people accessing the same resource at one given time, UNLIKELY!
