Most screenshot capture softwares can’t make a full height screenshot by auto scrolling the web page. Even though some do, but they are expensive software. WebShot is a FREE tool to capture full height screenshot of any web pages.

WebShot is a program that allows you to take screenshots and thumbnails of webpages or whole websites. It comes with a command line interface for advanced users. The following image formats are supported JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP.

    http://pearlcrescent.com/products/pagesaver/ is a firefox extension that do the same thing. because it is a firefox extension, it can capture page that need login.

    If you’re on a Mac you can use Papparazzi (http://www.derailer.org/paparazzi/). Less features than WebShot but done in beautiful Mac style.

    ScreenGrab is a firefox extension that is able to auto scroll and capture the entire document too.
