Dizziness
Filed in: Life Log — November 22nd, 2006
Greeting, guys! I am still alive!
I was sick last week during my trip to Kuala Lumpur, and I am still feeling dizzy until now.
Many things happened during the trip. I wish I can share them with you as soon as possible.
My friend said that I fall sick quite often. Am I weak?

Hi Liew,
…..
don’t know about you..as for me every time I travel I’ll get sick(fever, flu, cough and etc) ..that’s why I don’t like to travel… it’s not because lack of exercise…I exercise regularly every week (play tennis almost every day) but still if I travel, I get sick either the at the place where I travel to or after coming back…as long as I stay at my place I won’t get sick easilly…it’s still a mystery to me

Do you play any sports frequently? Say, few times a week?

You should do some exercise or maybe go play futsal with your friends once a week is enough.

Hmm… is your computer room comes with air conditioner? You should slow it down. It’s best to use good air conditioner with futures like ozoner and automated filter cleaner.
Also, try to open the window. Lack of oxygen may cause dizyness.
You also can buy an oxygen tank if you want. LOL
Also, try to buy LCD monitor. Unlike ordinary large monitor, they give out no radiation which may cause serous brain damage.
Also, one more tip, try to look a distance object once a while. This will reduce the stress and strain on your eyes due to long period of the eyes lens in static conditition.

Everything that jaynier said. I always open my windows because my room is saturated with “bad air”.
But now the weather is getting cold, can’t really open up windows all time.
Get yourself an energy drink. It helps boost up your strength.

Do a lot of exercise will make you stay away from sickness. Drink more water and eat more fruits. Do not eat a lot of meats because you work as full time blogger at home. Lack of exercise. Take care and i hope you will get well soon.

Didn’t you believe me when I said that you fall sick often? It’s time to start exercising

Yeah I noticed you get sick very often. Maybe it’s because you mentioned it and seldom people does that.
Drink some beers or wine, it helps to get your blood moving. Why Japanese people can live up to so many years being healthy? One of the biggest reason is they drink SAKE.
