Google AdSense Program Policies Updated for January 2007

Google AdSense updated program policies for January 2007. So, what are the changes? Jennifer Slegg of JenSense wrote a good summary of it.
Here are the highlights:
- Referrals — now you can put up to two(2) referral units from each referral product on a page.
- Image next to Ads — publishers may not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks. Publisher may not place misleading images alongside individual ads.
- AdSense for Search — AdSense for search results pages may show only a single ad link unit in addition to the ads Google serves with the search results.
- Competitive ads — Other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as Google ads or search boxes are not allowed on that site.
Meaning, now you can put more referral links, adsense beautifier plugin is not safe, cannot put adsense ads on adsense search result page, and cannot use similar ad layout for non-AdSense ads.

Hmmmm
When you say
Does this mean that I can use other Ads programs in the same page with adsense but with different layout?!

Yes, different layout. Make other ads look different than AdSense ads.
