My two cents
Many well known Malaysian blogs are written in English. It is great to have a Chinese blog award for those blog in Chinese. Ya, I am planning for a Chinese blog as well.
By the way, I found that the official site(blog?) of the event is quite messy. Maybe they need to tweak the layout a bit or use a CMS site for the blog award. Well, a blog award site is not necessary to be a blog site.

it’s good to hear that there is an award for those who blog in chinese. we seen many kind of awards around for those who write in english only.
