yes! because they have their own market especially for non-english blogs (publishers) like me, and advertisers/businesses from malaysia.

I’ll go for Nufflets, if i am an advertiser, i would go for it too. why? it’s new, less competitor/advertisers and more specific market as I told.

With this specific market, nufflets can do their function and will compete google adsense by narrowing their market segmentation. But they should tell this ’secret’ to their customers and agents and clearly position themselves why they are unique and different from other advertising networks.

I agreed on the "own domain name selection only" is very "the" let down! hahaha Nabil reject my application at about 4am in the morning! Wow! He is still up and working. Good job man! No success comes with discipline and hard work!

here's the thing...

Why not WHOIS domain names to view the owner detail? You don’t reject domain name start with http://alias.domainname.net, right? Because it’s doesn’t make sense to say the applicant is not a domains owner :P

Cheers and Happy New Year!

I think it is a nice move for them.... it should not treated as copy cat to google adsense, because it is target to Asia market only. and I believe on day both publishers and advertisers will be paid off by the rapid and huge increasing of online internet users ( China is now second largest online internet users after USA)

I think nufflets will more focus on local company. If somebody want to advertise, maybe they will find nufflets rather than Google, since nufflets is cheaper than Google, right? But i believe Google pay will higher than nufflets. Am i right?

LiewCF,

Thanks for the post, and I do accept your two cents. But on your point being that there is no difference between Nufflets and Adwords. There actually is a huge difference.

Advertisers on Nufflets get to enjoy a higher ROI compared to Adwords. Advertisers on Nufflets can spend less in an effective contextual advertising campaign on our network as compared to Adwords.

How?
The bid prices for keywords on Adwords are definitely higher than Nufflets. Secondly, the network of publishers we have is more controlled, although our network isnt really small, but at the same time it isnt really big compared to Adwords. Therefore the spread of contextual advertising is hoped to be displayed over quality websites throughout Asia.

Note that Google AdWords also support multilingual and select countries you want. I don't see how Nufflets more advance than AdWords.

i think yes! because they have their own market especially for non-english blogs (publishers) like me, and advertisers/businesses from malaysia. With this specific market, nufflets can do their function and will compete google adsense by narrowing their market segmentation. But they should tell this 'secret' to their customers and agents and clearly position themselves why they are unique and different from other advertising networks.

I'll go for Nufflets, if i am an advertiser, i would go for it too. why? it's new, less competitor/advertisers and more specific market as I told.

It's just my two cents

only in Malaysia - copy copy copy

for example if tomorrow someone sets up a Nasi Lemak stall near our office, in the following few months - you will new competitors setting up stalls nearby
- market saturation - too many sellers chasing too few buyers
- finally all except the original stallholder or the person with the best finances - all the rest will bungkus - close down

even the company name is ROJAK - total copycat - it is a joke

there are still millions of words not used - why steal other company names

can the original two even survive?

It is good to see new options although this is only for Asia... maybe the business model is difficult at this time, but later it could be a good business if the advertisers see the restriction to work only with Asian publishers as an advantage because they don't have to compete with American or European advertisers there. And Asia is a huge market.
