3rd Anniversary of Full-time Blogging
Filed in: Life Log, Site News — September 11th, 2008September 9th, 2008 is the 3rd anniversary of my full-time blogging since 2005.
Wow! 3 years have passed! I still remember the last day of my previous job. Coincidentally, I just met my ex-manager 2 days ago! And, an ex colleague’s boyfriend added me as friend on Flickr.
In the past year, LiewCF.com has the 1st 3,000th feed subscriber, published the 3,000th blog post, and accepted in 9rules Network.
For myself, nothing much have changed since the 2nd anniversary, I am still single and available, and have not bought a car nor a house.
Oh! I gave my first public talk at the Webmaster Malaysia Gathering.
Frankly speaking, I am not a very ambitions guy who has big dreams. I am very much satisfied with my current life (that I forgot to make a birthday wish) and income.
But we need to prepare the worst, therefore I must have a Plan B. I am thinking how I can be more helpful to other people and what I can do about it using my skills. What do you think?

Good to see your site still going strong as always Liew.
Just a question, have you ever think of what your life would be without computer and Internet?
I’m sure you rely on the tech everyday, so what’s your Plan B, if there’s one day you ran out of the gadgets?

I will be there and then to the domain traffic conference in New York.
See you all there.

@BullS: I don’t think I am Mama’s boy. There are reasons you don’t know.

em… open class might help the society a lot.
For me, each year I will try my self to make some achievement, either learn some new skill, or own some new property.
either this year or next year, i am going to buy low & medium cost house.
September 13th, 2008 at 2:39 pm

Dude! Congratulations!!! This is indeed great news that you’ve been blogging for 3 years. I came across your site while searching for Ubuntu in Google. Well, ‘m also a blogger who have been blogging for more than 2 years, unfortunately had to close down the blog for lack of funds to host it and a few other ‘ill-partners’ problems. Now I’ve a new blog, and I’m trying hard to be creative and more content-based like yours.
Keep blogging, and let me know if we can be ‘blogger-friends’!!

@Ubiquit: erm.. I have been blogging since 2001(i think) but only become fulltime blogger 3 years ago. Glad that you pick up blogging again
September 13th, 2008 at 9:51 pm
I have started blogging since 2 years + back, I’m still far behind from you.
Recently there is someone sent me email asking me to try and publish product review on my site. What do you think? Will there be something genuine or……
September 15th, 2008 at 1:20 am
@Marco: if you think the product review will be useful to your readers, why not?

Q:
The Msia govt can force the ISPs to block the sites, why don’t the webmasters host the sites in USA?
