After a month, Google AdSense further expand the Western Union payment to Panama. Publishers in Panama can now sign up for Western Union payment following these instructions.

If you are disappointed again (not living in supported country list), according to Google AdSense blog, they are working hard to find more convenient ways to send you your earning. You are asked to leave feedback on the AdSense blog.

By referring to Google AdSense placement heat map, we put Google AdSense ads above blog content (below post title) for better performance. But Google AdSense team does not quite agree with the ads placement.

QuickOnlineTips received an email from Google AdSense support pointing out the issue on their site.

In fact, Google Adsense Blog published 2 guidelines earlier and one of them is “ads shouldn’t be placed under a title or section heading in a way that implies that the ads are not ads.”

I didn’t take much attention to the guideline because I thought mine is different than the example. My AdSense ads was separated by categories and date. But it seems AdSense team think the different.

Last October, AdSense publishers in Malaysia and a few other countries have been able to receive AdSense money via Western Union Quick Cash.

Now, Google AdSense expanded the list of countries to a few more: Bulgaria, Egypt, Lithuania, Morocco, and Taiwan. Congrats! No more bank fee and long cheque clearing time!

Here are some useuful information for AdSense publishers who want to receive AdSense money by Western Union:

• Make sure your AdSense payee name matches your government-issued ID. If it is not, you can update your AdSense payee name with this online form.
• Western Union Quick Cash is only available for INDIVIDUAL, not to business.
• Follow these steps to opt in Western Union payment method
• Here are the steps you need to pick up your Western Union Quick Cash payment
• The maximum payout for Western Union Quick Cash is USD$2,800. Your payment method will be changed automatically to “Secured Express Delivery ($USD24 processing fee) if payment exceeds USD2.8K)

I have been receiving Google AdSense payment via Western Union for months. It is very convenient and, most importantly, save cheque processing time and bank charges. However, my June 2008 payment is different. I received a Google AdSense cheque by DHL Express Mail!

Oh~ I miss the “green paper” from Google AdSense

The DHL delivery is not free. Google charged me USD$24 (RM76.80) for the express delivery. That’s not cheap! With the cheque, I still have to bank in, wait for cheque processing, and pay bank fee…

So, it isn’t good to receive AdSense payment by DHL.

Why DHL instead of Western Union?

There is a maximum payment limit (USD$2,800) for Western Union payment method. If your AdSense earning exceeded the limit, Google AdSense will automatically switch your payment method to “Secure Express Delivery”.

You will continuously receive AdSense payment in “Secure Express Delivery”, unless you change AdSense payment method to Western Union again.

To all AdSense publishers, if you noticed that your AdSense earning today is much lower than usual, don’t panic! Your AdSense account should be fine, but Google has problem to update the AdSense stats up to time.

In fact, the AdSense update delay is affecting all the stats: impressions, clicks and earnings. Again, don’t panic!

On the other hand, AdWords stats also frozen and confirmed by Google AdWords.

Yes - some advertisers are seeing a delay in their stats today. The engineering teams are aware of this and, as you might imagine, are working to resolve it as a priority.

Please know that ads have continued to run as normal. This issue revolves around the reporting of statistics only, and does not impact ad delivery.
