BlogExplosion is a blog traffic exchange and blog directory website. I wrote a brief review about it in early year 2005.

What do you get?

The selling included the BlogExplosion main site, their blog, blog counter site, image hosting site, blog hosting service, and blog radio station. Besides, you will also receive over 70 blogging-related domain names.

How much you can earn?

Currently, BlogExplosion is making over USD$4000 per month.

My two cents

I am wondering about the real reason behind the sales. Why do they suddenly want to sell the project, if it is profitable one?

    From my experience with blogexplosion, they sell it cause, some of the new project they did is an failure. Earning $4000 per month is possible, but the cost per month? Employer? Time? Effort?

    IMO $4000 is very very little,must take into consideration that it’s not just
    blogexplosion, they have other sites/domains too.

    Some bloggers make almost that amount with one or two blogs with adsense.

    The only good point i can see is the immediate userbase that the new owner would gain.
