Besides a desktop calender(Rainlender), I still want a alarm clock to remind me, uh, bed time.

Yes ClockX is the best analog clock I know of too- been using it for months. Uses little resources.
Have Rainlender too, seldom use. Didn’t try animate wallpaper.
