Giant Indoor Roller Coaster in School

Could you imagine a giant indoor roller coaster build in your school? The teachers and students of Royal Oak Intermediate School in Covina did it!

Twenty-four feet tall at its highest point and occupying 10,000 square feet, the fully-functional ride towers over the 135 eighth-graders who are its designers, builders and decorators. Students and four teachers have spent thousands of hours measuring, sawing, constructing, painting and decorating the wooden structure over the last three weeks.

My two cents

No, I don’t think they can play it, even though there is an unmanned car test drive. Anyway, it is really fun to build something this big together with friends. :)
