Google AdSense Search Results within Own Site

Filed in: Adsense Tips, Make Money Online — September 6th, 2006

Google AdSense launched a new great feature — AdSense search result within own site. The new feature allows you to display Google AdSense search result WITHIN your own website.

Meaning, instead of redirect them to Google website, you will get to keep your visitors in your website when they use the AdSense search box. As Google AdSense blog writes, “This way, you have the freedom to offer users web search while still maintaining the look and feel of your site.”

You can get the instruction for implementing this new feature in AdSense Help Center.

Though the implementation is easy but it is a bit tricky to implement the new feature in a WordPress blog. Anyway, I did it!

    Thilak,

You will need to create a page which will contain the search results.

I created a page template and then created a page that used this template.

    Dear Sir,

I have tried both ways either by this tutorial or by plugin, none work.
In the tutorial, the error message is: it can’t find the google-search directory, although I’ve done all your instructions.
In terms of plugin, none happen. You may visit my site, syahrialali.com and I use the prosumer-10 theme.
    Need help.

    Hi. LiewCF.

I have solved the problem. Your solution works fine. I just activate the permalink and it runs well.

    Thanks
