if i know that PB debit card is accepted by paypal, I wouldnt have gone all the way to singapore 3 times

i would like to know how to use Public Bank debit card to register for paypal because i will not be able to register my debit card. The error message is “this card has been denied by the bank that issued your card” anybody knows what is happening

I am in the look out for a company that accepts pay pal as payment as well as reasonable..perhaps with your experience you could recommend not only your current one but also others that you have come across..

@Kay Kastum: I am on my own dedicated server now. Most Malaysia hosting companies do not accept PayPal, but most US hosting companies welcome PayPal payments.
