Despite the 21st December 2012 doomsday rumors, LiewCF attended the official opening of Huawei “Ascend to New Heights” on-ground event at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur. Also at the event, three new Huawei smartphones were launched and announced Midland Network Sdn Bhd as Huawei’s new distributor partner in Malaysia.

The 3 days event was opened to the public. There were activities like hot balloon rides, jumpshot photography, Trampoline Jump, and Racing Challenge. The visitors also got a change to check out Huawei latest smartphones and devices at the Experience Zone.

New partnership
During the event, Huawei Device Malaysia also announced its partnership with Midland Network as authorized Huawei distributor in Malaysia.
All three models are immediately available at participating Midland retailers in Klang Valley and in other markets in the next few weeks.
