ICQ video chat

Applications created under the program are known as ICQ Xtraz, and now include video chat, several games and a sketching tool that lets users create custom avatars.

The video chat application, announced Monday, works only with ICQ 4.0 on PCs running Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system.

How To
Open a message window. Click the ICQ Video icon in the Xtraz Panel to send an invitation. When your invitation is accepted, you can begin to video chat.

Thought:
Yahoo! messenger and MSN messenger already support video chat for a long time, ICQ should have video chat earlier!
