It’s Tmnet Server Fault. Confirmed!
Filed in: Malaysia, Tmnet — September 9th, 2004I have made a call to Tmnet 1515 Customter Care line (1300 88 1515) regarding my Tmnet dialup problem. The friendly receptionist told me that problem like this(password correct but cannot connect) could caused by two reasons:
- hang session – due to insuccessful disconnect session.
- server fault – server problem lah~
My account problem is caused by the server fault. The server at Tmnet side has some technical problems which caused half of the dialup user(I heard she said this?!) cannot connect to Internet. Their technicians have been working for it since two days ago but no idea when will it be fixed.
My account is in the unlucky group and I have one option only — WAIT….
Thanks to the receptionist. Now I can rest my mind better. Hmm… really cannot expected too much from Tmnet yet. Hopefully the service quality of Tmnet will improve more and faster…
