Magnetic Powered CPU?

SAN JOSE–IBM and Stanford University have announced a new research group dedicated to the emerging science of spintronics, with the goal of creating prototype CPUs that complete computations through magnetism instead of today’s electrical charge.

Thought:
One of the notable feature of the CPU is that it solves the heat problem of today’s CPUs. Hopefully we can buy it 10 years later. It will be a ultra fast, silient PC by then. :)
