Microsoft MSN China Broken in Firefox

Microsoft just launched MSN China, however, it is broken when viewed in Mozilla Firefox.

Thought:
I am not sure what is the reason(not good in CSS). It must something to do with CSS stylesheet. Maybe the CSS stylesheet is not written in correct character set? :roll:
