NikeFree – go barefoot running in a shoe

Nike released this NikeFree shoes which designed to allow you run on barefoot with shoes (confuse huh?).

The NikeFree is very flexible, it can be bended in extreme degree. Thus, NikeFree fits your foot naturally.

Thought:
Wear shoes to run on barefoot?! Sound unbelievable in the beginning. But, after watching the online demo, I like it! Wish I can afford its price (USD84.99 / RM315).

    According to the podiatrist, this new nike shoes is very bad for foot because it would end up hurting the feet more as certain parts of the feet is not protected from being overly bended which might hurt the arch area of the feet. Shoes which are good are shoes that bend only at the toe area and not beyond it.

    I was attracted to the new Nike shoes until I met the podiatrist who helped explain to me how our foot works and what shoes are good for our feet.

    i run barefoot (really barefoot) two to three times a week and I can assure you this shoe is NOTHING like running barefoot. It is a corporations attempt at cashing in on a growing trend.
