Office 2.0 – Online Virtual Office

With the advance web technology nowadays, you can do every office tasks online. No need to install any software. All you need is a computer with any operating system, a web browser, and Internet connection.

My two cents

The Office 2.0 applications are still too early to replace your office softwares completely, but they serve as good alternatives and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, as long as you have an Internet connection.

Soon, we would not need to install any software on our computer. All softwares are web-based and will be charged with subscription fee.

The trend is dangerous for giant software company like Microsoft. That’s why they are now actively developing Windows Live.
