swt… i was playing taiwanese online game, it was seriously damn bored becoz of unstable connection, well it wont disconnect, but it’s about 500-900ping during night time previously, since march something until now.
today even worst, i play at 2-6, it was 700-1000ms…

i forget since when, after 1am, it will become 2500-3000ms of ping

i can for sure this is not problem on my side, coz me stay in subang, my friends in kch and jb also have the same connection… damn mono T_T

I’m really fed up to streamxy service. 1 month ago until now the badly streamxy will suddenly slow down at 1am in everynight. we have tried to call up customer service centre for many times for help but the problem still never fix. i have no more energy to give any more comment. Anyone here has any suggestion or better service provider can recommend me? i dont think the telekom streamxy is the only one internet provider in m’sia.

the problems of laggnes had been getting worst,dont say at others country game server like maplesea,silkroad… event local server like GOonline, Mo Siang Online… all having lagness problems in gamming since last year after the erth quek.

I also got the same problem in Penang. Pay high speed subcription but get low speed package!! wHAT A Fu?KER streamyx service, my 512kbps speed drop to less than 72kbps when connection to p2p since few months ago. Why they want to block our p2p speed, of cos for all we paid it, we can use it for our need, right? How can they just block and reduce the user right!! Such a money SU?KER, and plaing monopoly games!! They even can’t afford to bring the server up as fast as possible, and they keep on promoting the service to getting more user. rumor said what they can do is to reduce the user download speed to maintain their server speed…what a SU?KER!!My friend just went back from Switzeland said the speed there damn fast like a rocket, and here speed like a people still living in the jungle no transportation just walking speed oh!! Their downloading speed is more than 1mbps no blocking at all. Why streamyx can’t do it, this is the main problem!!!

I actually very interested to do marketing for the streamyx products before and i decided not to continue my interest only cause by the sucks services provided by them. Just imagine, what the hell? i fill all the forms required by them to be their agent only then they said i need to re-fill the form so that they can give me all the things that will enable me to do marketing for their products. They tested my patience when they give to me a lot forms without giving me a manual as an agent. the services provided by them was suck and they killed my interest when i probably capable to attract if not thousand it could be in the hundred ranges. stupid service from stupid staffs.

ma *** streamyx…pay Rm88 per month and get the laggest line i had..
i want streamyx for search web, play games and others. but in the end, i wasted alot of times to search web but failed, fail to play games and makes me fed up…wtf is tis?? isit hard to improve urself?? go compare wif other big countries!!! their line smooth!! use brain and THINK if u Know how to CREATE streamyx..also must know how to make PEOPLE SATISFIED WITH UR PRODUCTS!!!…

They give you telephone assistance. Ask you to key in DNS Server Address and so on. When you do that your bandwidth doesn’t increase. You call them back and tell you have been assisted but problem not solved. They give you the same solution. When you start asking questions, the line gets disconnected!

Lets support the japanese satellite isp, 15mbps for just 26usd monthly. Get our own dish today. I dont care if its illegal.. tm mcmc were just a jerk, they are too much.. puiii.

I would like to share a joke.

I was billed for the 1M (RM88) and 2M Streamyx (RM188) connection the past 5 months despite my repeated complaints. Finally a female called me last Sunday to tell me that my 1M was not cancelled because I didn’t tell them whether I wanted to cancel. I asked whether her whether it is possible to have two types of connection for a single fixed line. “No” she said. I said in my application form it was clearly that I wish to upgrade. She said a rebate would not be possible for the 1M.
