Tshirt: The Internet was Closed…

Filed in: Interesting — July 15th, 2008

In case you were wondering about the t-shirt I wore at the Webmaster Malaysia Gathering. It is “The Internet was closed…” which I bought on Threadless, an online t-shirt store with user submitted designs.

the internet was closed
The text reads “The internet was closed so I thought I’d come outside today.”, with an arrow over the line.

The design is simple, plain text, or we call it “type tees”. But, I like it. It applies well to a fulltime blogger like me. ;) In fact, the design is so popular that it is currently out of stock! You need to wait for Threadless reprints if you want to get one too.

I like to shop on Threadless because the t-shirt designs are unique and beautiful. I bought more shirts on Threadless than in shops. :)

Do you have other online tshirt store to be recommended? Preferable with geek designs.

P.S. I LOVE ThinkGeek tees but, too bad, they refuse to ship to Malaysia.

Actually you can print whatever you like in the “print while you wait” shops, with your own design and wordings. For more professional look, you can even embroider them.

LcF, I always print my T-shirts at Holiday Plaza Johor Bahru. You can even save your own designs, logos and letterings in a thumbdrive and hand it to them. They just print it out and press it on your T-shirt. I don’t think Kluang has any. But the school children do their embroidered nametags in Kluang, I don’t know where. I printed this

before I went to Sepang F1 race in 2006.
