Where is the WordPress Blogroll Link Categories?

I helped a client to upgrade her three WordPress blogs from version 2.0 to version 2.1.2. Everything work fine.
But later she reported that one of her blog has two duplicated blogrolls. I checked and discovered that her blog has two blogroll categories using the same name with same links.
Okay, we need to delete one of them. But I didn’t find “Categories” subpanel under “Blogroll” tab.
After digging around, I found the link categories are listed under “Categories” subpanel of “Manage” tab. WordPress 2.1 has merged link categories with post categories under one panel. It is easier to manage categories now.
So, I deleted the extra blogroll category without sweat.
