Yahoo Does Email Search Now

Yahoo on Tuesday announced the phased rollout of new search functions for the company’s free Web-based e-mail service. New features include the ability to search e-mail header, body, and attachment content; display snippets or short excerpts with highlighted matches on search terms; view thumbnails of all the pictures and documents saved in their e-mail account.

    if i am not wrong, y!mail already allows their user to search their own mails in their own mail account. with advance search too. i’ve been using the search long ago when they intro 1gb.. so wuts the big deal with the news form news.com ?

    You want to know something funny about this search function? A friend of mine accidentally left her yahoo mail logged onto my laptop and this convenient feature easily let me find out if she was talking dirt about me AHAHAHAHAAHA…
